Terms & Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all rental agreements between the landlord (RheingauWinkel47, Bischof-Dirichs-Straße 47, 65375 Oestrich-Winkel, Germany) and the tenant for the holiday apartment at the above address.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The rental contract is concluded upon receipt of the written booking confirmation. The tenant is obliged to provide truthful information about the number of persons using the apartment.
§ 3 Rental Price
Nightly rates depend on the season and the number of guests:

- Cleaning fee: €80 one-off per stay
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Maximum occupancy: 5 guests
- All prices include utilities (electricity, water, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels).
§ 4 Payment
- Deposit: 30 % upon booking confirmation
- Balance: due 14 days before arrival
- Payment method: bank transfer
§ 5 Security Deposit
A security deposit of up to €200 is due upon arrival. It will be refunded within 7 working days after departure, minus any deductions for damages.
§ 6 Arrival and Departure
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Deviations must be agreed in writing with the landlord in advance.
§ 7 Use of the Apartment
- Maximum occupancy: 5 persons
- Pets are not permitted
- Non-smoking apartment (smoking on the terrace is allowed)
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
§ 8 Cancellation Policy

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
§ 9 Liability
The tenant is liable for damages caused intentionally or negligently by the tenant or accompanying guests. The landlord is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure.
§ 10 Applicable Law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for both parties is Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
